目的评价一种多泡型多酶清洗剂的预处理效果。方法通过测定该预清洗剂的泡沫保持时间以及对羊血、人工模拟污染物和生物膜的去除效果来对其预处理效果进行综合评价。结果 200 ml多泡型多酶清洗剂的最大泡沫高度为129 mm,残余泡沫高度为124 mm;预处理组对羊血的平均去除率(98.48%)大于无预处理组(77.03%),预处理组对人工模拟污染物的平均去除率(98.52%)大于无预处理组(94.60%);预清洗剂对生物膜中细菌的去除率达到99.99%。结论该多泡型多酶清洗剂的泡沫性能较好;使用该预清洗剂对污染载体进行预处理,可提高对羊血和人工模拟污染物的清洗效率;该预清洗剂对生物膜的去除能力较好。
Objective To evaluate the pretreatment effect of a multi-enzyme detergent. Methods The pre-treatment effect was evaluated by measuring the foam holding time of the pre-cleaning agent and removing the sheep blood, artificial simulated pollutants and biofilm. Results The maximum foam height of 200 ml multi-enzyme detergent was 129 mm and the residual foam height was 124 mm. The average removal rate of sheep blood in pretreatment group (98.48%) was higher than that of non-pretreatment group (77.03%) The average removal rate (98.52%) of artificial simulated pollutants in treatment group was higher than that in non-treatment group (94.60%). The removal rate of bacteria in biofilm by pre-cleaning agent was 99.99%. Conclusions The foamy multi-enzyme detergent has a better foam performance. Using this pre-detergent to pre-treat the contaminated carrier can improve the cleaning efficiency of the sheep’s blood and artificial simulated contaminants.
