患者,男,24岁,无诱因右侧腰部间歇性隐痛2年余,每次症状未经处理自行缓解。B超检查:肝脾回声大小正常、右肾巨大肾积水(肾轮廓明显增大,肾中部出现一巨大透声暗区5.9cm,可见纤维光带分隔,肾皮质光带变薄<0.5cm)。右肾盂与输尿管连接处上段明显扩张,下段输尿管未见扩张,其间未见结石回声,肾周围无肿块回声。尿常规:红血球+++,白血球++,经皮右肾穿刺抽肾盂尿细菌培养阳性,无结核杆菌。X线静脉肾
