The use of comic art in the fight against corruption is not a patent in the world today. In fact, as early as the Soviet Union during the period of the Second Revolutionary Civil War led by the Chinese Communist Party, an anti-corruption comic appeared. Although the new Soviet regime, on the whole, is diligent and honest, on behalf of the people, it is not pure and pure. Due to the influence of the authoritarian ideology of China for thousands of years and the institutional imperfection of the newborn Soviet itself, there are also corrupt phenomena such as corruption and corruption, extravagance and waste, bureaucracy, and abuse of power for personal gain. This creates the conditions for the emergence of anti-corruption cartoons with the irony of critical critique.
