在现代重卡相互间质量越来越接近的情况下,对细分市场的精耕细作就显得非常重要。最近,德国曼商用车辆股份公司在中国的电视转播车市场上凭借过硬的实力收获颇丰,在北京广播电视网络设备展上更是一枝独秀。湖州广播电视总台斥资1200多万元从展会购进了8+2讯道的MAN数字电视转播车。其内部的转播设备以法国汤母逊公司产品为核心,配有10台国内领先摄像机,两个EVS慢动作硬盘录像机,可以多机位重播慢镜头。车身长12m,高4m,宽2.5m,分为导演区、技术区、音频区,采用全数字技术,节目信号质量稳定,能够满足各类大型活动的转播要求。电视转播车对底盘的要求很高,MAN的特点使其足以胜任。1、整车造价很高,都在1000万元以上,所以要求可靠耐用的底盘;2、车内设备贵重、精密,所以要求底盘的减震性能好,MAN采取全空气悬挂方式,实现了高档轿车般的完美减震性能;3、10讯道左右的转播车,由于设计要求,厢体往往很长,底盘采用双后桥形式。这种形式虽然增加了空间,提高了承载能力,但是车辆的转弯半径不可避免地增大了。MANTGA26.360采取了随动后轴来解决这个问题,前轴在转向时,最后一根后轴也随之作相应的转向,这样便有效解决了转弯半径,据测试,转弯半径减小达15%左右;
