睾丸扭转是泌尿外科急症,如不及时复位可导致睾丸缺血坏死而被切除的恶性后果。1990年1月至2006年8月,我院共收治睾丸扭转27例,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料:本组27例,年龄8~36岁。发病至就诊时间1.5h~1个月。其中6h以内6例,8~10h3例,10h以上18例。所有病例均急性发病。
Testicular torsion is a urological emergency, if not promptly reset can lead to testicular necrosis and was removed the vicious consequences. January 1990 to August 2006, our hospital received a total of 27 cases of testicular torsion, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data: The group of 27 cases, aged 8 to 36 years old. The onset of treatment time 1.5h ~ 1 month. 6 cases within 6h, 8 ~ 10h 3 cases, 10h more than 18 cases. All cases were acute.
