白诚仁是我国著名作曲家,1932年出生于四川成都,国家一级作曲家,享受国务院特殊津贴。1955年10月到湖南工作,从此开始露宿田野山寨,从事民间山歌的探源工作。他的足迹深入到湖南的苗、瑶、侗、土家四大少数民族的山寨,走遍三湘四水,创作出一大批脍炙人口的湖南民歌。1959年和1960年,他分别创作了后来风靡全国的歌曲《洞庭鱼米乡》和《挑担茶叶上北京》,成为那一代人不灭的音乐记忆。在五十余年的艺术生涯中,白诚仁不仅用他的艺术灵感谱写了一曲曲动人的音乐诗篇,更以“伯乐”的独到眼光挖掘培养了何纪光、宋祖英、吴碧霞等一大批著名歌唱家,他们正是唱着白诚仁的作品从三湘大地跃向神州大舞台。他一生写下了一千多首歌曲,创作有声乐曲《挑担茶叶上北京》、《洞庭鱼米乡》、《小背篓》、《苗岭连北京》、《湖南民歌联唱》,器乐曲《苗岭的早晨》、《竹山吟》、《阿妹上大学》,合唱交响诗《屈原》、《山鬼》等。他以卓越的音乐成就,为保护和传承民族音乐、弘扬传统文化作出了重大贡献,被人亲切地称为“湖南民歌之父”。 Bai Chengren, a famous composer in China, was born in Chengdu, Sichuan Province in 1932, a composer at the national level, enjoying special allowances from the State Council. His footsteps deep into Hunan Miao, Yao, Dong, Tujia four ethnic minority cottage, traveled throughout the world, creating a large number of popular folk songs in Hunan. In 1959 and 1960, he later wrote the song “Dongting Yumizhixiang” and “Taining Tea on Beijing”, which later became popular all over the country, becoming the musical memory of the generation. In more than 50 years of artistic career, Baicheng Ren not only wrote a moving musical poem with his artistic inspiration, but also cultivated a large number of famous songs such as He Jiguang, Song Zuying and Wu Bixia in the unique view of “Bole” Home, they are singing the works of Bai Chengren leap from the land of Sanxiang to the Divine stage. He wrote more than a thousand songs in his life and wrote vocals such as “Talking on Beijing on Tea,” “Dongting Yumizhixiang,” “Little Basket,” “Miaoling with Beijing,” “Hunan Folk Song,” and “ Miao Ling morning, ”“ Chushan Yin, ”“ A sister university ”, chorus symphonic poem“ Qu Yuan ”,“ mountain ghost ”and so on. He made outstanding music achievements, made great contributions to the protection and inheritance of national music and the promotion of traditional culture. He was affectionately known as the “Father of Hunan Folk Songs”.
