近年来,随着设备综合工程学等理论相继介绍到我国,对设备的一生(包括制造和使用的全过程)进行综合管理的新观念,得到了设备管理界许多同志的承认和重视。本文拟就如何加强设备一生管理的问题谈点粗浅看法。 一、关于设备一生阶段的划分 要加强设备一生的管理,首先要明确设备一生几个阶段的划分问题。设备的一生一般可以划分为前半生(研究、试验、设计、制造)和后半生(安装、使用、维修、改造、更新)两个阶段。每个阶段又可划分为几个小阶段。 设备全寿命周期如下表所示: 从设备全寿命周期看,设备前半生包括的环节很多,每个环节都将影响到设备的经济效益。一般设备在投入使用前,即设计制造阶段
