[目的]研究在医疗过程中医疗纠纷发生的几种原因和处理方法及其依据。[方法]通过案例分析总结最容易发生医疗纠纷的几种可能类型。[结果]通过分析案例总结处理纠纷方法。[结论]医疗纠纷发生后根据类型特点,按照处理程序进行处理都能很好的化解纠纷。
[Objective] To study several causes and treatment methods of medical disputes in medical treatment and their bases. [Methods] By case analysis, several possible types of medical disputes are most likely to occur. [Result] Dispute method was dealt with by analyzing the case summary. [Conclusion] Disputes can be well resolved after the medical disputes occur according to the types and characteristics and handling according to the procedures.
