我们总公司从1976年开始至今已建成集中砼搅拌站9座,配料站2座(单班年产量5万m~3,双班年量10万m~3)均属中小型砼搅拌站。配有砼搅拌运输车78辆,砼泵车13辆,拖式泵5台,手动布料杆6个(规格性能见附表)。以上设备大部分是国外进口的,开始由于没有经验,因此在选配上有成功的也有失败的。为了给今后筹建中小型商品砼集中搅拌站提供一点资料,现简介如下。一、砼搅拌站一种是带砼搅拌机的搅拌站,另一种是不带砼搅拌机的配料站。这两种站我们都用过。实践证明选用配料站的效果是不好的。
Our head office has established 9 centralized mixing stations and 2 batching stations since 1976. (The annual output of a single class is 50,000 m3, and the annual capacity of a double class is 100,000 m3). Both are small and medium sized mixing stations. It is equipped with 78 mixer trucks, 13 pump trucks, 5 tractor pumps, and 6 manual distributors (see the attached table for specifications). Most of the above equipment was imported from abroad. Since there was no experience at the beginning, successes in matching were also unsuccessful. In order to provide some information for the preparation of small and medium-sized commodity centralized mixing plants in the future, the following is a brief introduction. One, mixing station One is a mixing station with an agitator, and the other is a batching station without an agitator. We have used both of these stations. Practice has proved that the effect of selecting a batching station is not good.
