在当今世界政党政治史上,中国共产党在20世纪70年代中后期成功地走出执政后的危机,这是一个奇迹。这个奇迹之所以发生,主要原因有5个:党内对极“左”路线的抗争,党内健康力量的成长,传统体制的活力衰竭,人民的支持、谅解和信任,国际环境和国际关系的新变化。对这个奇迹的文本解读,有助于认识中国改革开放的根本之由,有助于认识中国共产党执政规律。
In the political history of party politics in the world today, it is a miracle that the Chinese Communist Party successfully walked out of the post-ruling crisis in the mid-to-late 1970s. This miracle has occurred for five main reasons: the struggle against the “Leftist” line in the Party, the growth of the party’s health forces, the exhaustion of the traditional system, the support of the people, understanding and trust, the international environment and the international community New changes in relations. The textual interpretation of this miracle helps to understand the fundamental reasons for China’s reform and opening up and helps to understand the law governing the Communist Party of China.
