目的分析综合医院甲状腺外科专家门诊特点,探讨改进门诊护理工作的方法。方法通过门诊挂号信息查询系统,调取2017年4月甲状腺外科专家门诊信息,进行问卷调查。主要内容包括:(1)患者的就诊经历及主要原因;(2)甲状腺疾病对自身健康、生活及工作影响的自我认识;(3)甲状腺疾病对自身情绪的影响;(4)睡眠状况;(5)对导医服务价值的认识与评价。结果 2017年4月,该院甲状腺外科门诊840例次。发放问卷调查表215份,收回有效问卷204份(94.9%)。204例中,曾在其他医院就诊者166例,其中119例转诊原因为对经治医生缺乏信任或认为疗效欠佳。存在负性心理现象171例(83.8%)。经历导医咨询191例,认可导医咨询价值165例(86.4%)。结论该院甲状腺外科专家门诊量大,患者候诊时间长。就诊者伴有心理障碍或不良情绪的比例较高。应及时发现其主要矛盾和工作难点,寻找有针对性的措施加以实施,减少不必要的医患纠纷,促进和谐医患关系的发展。
Objective To analyze the outpatient characteristics of thyroid surgery specialist in general hospital and discuss ways to improve the nursing work in outpatient department. Methods Through the outpatient registration information inquiry system, we retrieved the outpatient information of thyroid surgeons in April 2017 and conducted a questionnaire survey. The main contents include: (1) the patient’s visiting experience and main reasons; (2) self-awareness of thyroid diseases on their own health, life and work; (3) the impact of thyroid disease on their own emotions; (4) sleep status; 5) understanding and evaluation of medical service value. Results April 2017, the hospital thyroid surgery outpatient 840 cases. 215 questionnaires were distributed and 204 valid questionnaires (94.9%) were recovered. Of the 204 patients, 166 had been treated in other hospitals, 119 of whom were referred for lack of trust or perceived poor efficacy. There were 171 negative psychological phenomena (83.8%). There were 191 cases of medical consultation and 165 cases of medical consultation (86.4%). Conclusion The hospital thyroid surgery specialist outpatient, patients waiting a long time. Visitors with mental disorders or bad mood higher proportion. We should promptly find out its main contradictions and difficulties in work, look for targeted measures to be implemented, reduce unnecessary disputes between doctors and patients, and promote the development of harmonious relations between doctors and patients.
