关于提高深孔移动式电解加工精度的问题已经引起了普遍重视,对其实现途径尚有不同看法,大多偏重于实现加工过程的自动控制。当然,提高机床精度和实现自动控制,确是提高电解加工精度的重要条件,但在同样条件下阴极的设计、参数的选定和控制方案的选择对提高加工精度均有很大影响。现仅就控制方案的选择问题提出一些粗浅的看法。
The issue of improving the precision of deep-hole mobile electrolytic machining has attracted widespread attention. There are still different views on the ways to realize it, most of which focus on the automatic control of the machining process. Of course, to improve machine accuracy and realize automatic control is indeed an important condition for improving the precision of electrolytic machining. However, under the same conditions, the design of cathode, the selection of parameters and the selection of control schemes have a great impact on improving the machining accuracy. At present, only some superficial opinions on the selection of control programs are put forward.
