近百年来中国现代文学的“命名”随着学者们对时代和文学的反思,经历了几次变动和讨论。总体说来,被大家所熟知和共同使用的命名先后有“新文学”、“近代/现代/当代文学”、“二十世纪中国文学”三种。对中国现代文学“命名”的反思热潮反映了中国作家和学者一直致力于寻找更贴切的概括中国现代文学自身规律的文学史概念的努力,这对于本学科的独立自省和深入认识有着十分积极的意义。但与此同时,这些“命名”
