柴油机涡流室中,燃烧室的面容比较大,冷起动较难;柴油机涡流室镶块在冷热交变工况的作用下易发生热疲劳、裂纹、脱落等现象- 为了改善柴油机涡流室的冷起动性,提高镶块的可靠性,笔者提出了新型镶块材料———细结构模压石墨,并采用试验对比的方法,研究了4Cr9Si2 、铸铁、陶瓷和模压石墨四种镶块材料的热导率、冷起动性、排温、油耗及示功图- 分析试验结果后得出:新型镶块材料———细结构模压石墨能减轻机械负荷,降低燃烧噪声,提高柴油机的可靠性,改善柴油机的冷起动性和经济性-
