噩耗传来,卫红在日本关西大地震中不幸遇难,我被惊懵了。1月5日,我和她的一位同事还从上海打电话至日本兵库她的住宅,她正巧在,我们快乐地互道新年好。她爽快地对我说,日本现正在放假,假期结束后,她要去大阪国际和平中心商谈上海市档案馆与之交流的有关事宜。末了一声“再见”,同以往一样的甜柔。端庄秀丽的卫红笑吟吟的,挥之不去,呼之欲出,然而说她已经……我无法相信,也难以接受,她毕竟只有28岁…… 卫红是上海市政府外事办公室的一位干部。五年前,卫红作为市外办的工作人员,负责“上海·横滨两都市形成史共同比较研究”这一友好城市学术交流项目,该项目主要由市档案馆等单位与日本横滨开港资料馆携手合作研究,由此我以及我的许多同事与卫红开始相识。卫红1988年以优异的学习成绩毕业于上海外国语学院,进入市外办不久,便被派往日本横滨市政府作为工作交流
