首都医学院宣武医院是北京市属十大医院之一,具有800个床位和现代检查手段,并以老年病医疗研究中心为特点的综合医院。1964年北京市卫生局贯彻卫生部关于“加强医疗仪器设备管理”文件精神,同年8月筹建了“医疗器械科”。在工作实践中,深切体会到医院现代化建设,现代医学的发展,需要临床医学,医学基础,医学工程三方面专业人才共同努力,为适应这一需要,该科的工作内容向深度与广度扩展。于1982扩建为医学工程科,它既是“医技科室”又是“职能部
Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University is one of the ten major hospitals in Beijing, with 800 beds and modern inspection methods, and a comprehensive hospital featuring a geriatric medical research center. In 1964, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Health implemented the spirit of the document “Strengthening medical equipment and equipment management” of the Ministry of Health. In August of the same year, the “Medical Devices Division” was established. In the work practice, we deeply understood the modernization of hospitals and the development of modern medicine. We need professionals working in the fields of clinical medicine, medical science, and medical engineering to work together. In order to meet this need, the work content of this department has expanded to depth and breadth. In 1982, it was expanded into a medical engineering department. It is both a medical and a functional department.
