近年来,中国移动宁夏公司固原分公司以“点燃激情,放飞梦想”为口号,积极开展“激情无限”全员班组建设活动。经过两年的努力探索与实践,基于绩效精神的班组建设理论初步形成。“以客户为导向,以绩效为核心,以人为本”的班组建设工作逐步向深入发展,班组活力不断增强,激情、沟通、协作的氛围日渐浓厚,班组“争先创优”成效明显:分公司在2010年前三季度第三方服务测评中位列自治区第一;“快乐100”班组的《以绩效为核心,确保战略落地》创新课题获宁夏通信行业第三届企业管理现代化创新成果一等奖;“护网骑兵队”班组的课题《提高MOS值》被中华全国总工会、共青团中央等五个单位联合授予“全国优秀质量管理奖”荣誉称号;“青春飞扬”班组5人获得自治区“首席形象大使”荣誉称号……
