超高层混合结构中广泛采用大尺寸混凝土构件,其收缩、徐变在施工结束阶段以后仍有较大发展,导致结构封顶时的变形差与长期使用阶段变形差有较大差异。建立天津津湾广场9号楼有限元模型,采用CEB-FIP(90)收缩、徐变模型,对其进行施工阶段以及长期使用阶段竖向变形分析,总结两个阶段结构的变形及变形差规律。结果表明,收缩对剪力墙核心筒长期变形增长起到很大作用,筒体沿楼层的变形由施工阶段的抛物线型过渡到线性,筒体-钢框柱变形差有4倍增长,长期变形不可忽略。
Large-size concrete members are widely used in the super high-rise mixed structures. The shrinkage and creep of the concrete structures still develop greatly after the completion of the construction, resulting in large differences in the deformation difference between the structures and the long-term use. The finite element model of No.9 building in Tianjin Jinwan Plaza was established. The CEB-FIP (90) shrinkage and creep model was used to analyze the vertical deformation during the construction phase and the long-term use phase. The deformation and deformation of the two phases were summarized . The results show that shrinkage plays an important role in the long-term deformation and growth of the core tube of the shear wall. The deformation of the tube along the floor changes from a parabola to a linear one at the construction stage. The difference in tube- Can not be ignored.
