(2013年4月1日)虹府办发〔2013〕6号区政府各部门、各街道办事处、有关单位:《关于做好2013年本区无偿献血工作的意见》已经区政府同意,现印发给你们,请按照执行。关于做好2013年本区无偿献血工作的意见为贯彻落实《上海市人民政府办公厅印发关于做好2013年本市无偿献血工作意见的通知》(沪府办发〔2013〕12号)精神,推进落实2013年本区自愿无偿献血和血液安全保障工作,确保完成全区团体无偿献血9360人份的工作目标,配合市采供血机构共同做好街头无偿献血招募工作,特制定本意见。

Together with the municipal blood collection and supply agencies, they will do a good job in providing free blood donation on the streets and make their own opinions.
