在对渭河下游典型洪水、防护区地形特点及社经指标等进行分析的基础上 ,建立了河道及防护区洪水演算模型 ,对各频率洪水不同溃口方案洪水淹没情况进行了模拟计算 ,分析研究了不同防护区域的风险等级 ,为制定和完善渭河下游防御洪水方案提供了科学依据
Based on the analysis of the typical flood in the lower reaches of Weihe River, the topographical features of the protected areas and the social and economic indicators, the flood routing model of the river channel and the safe area was established. The flood inundation scenarios of different frequency floods were simulated and analyzed. The risk level of different protective areas provides a scientific basis for the formulation and improvement of the flood defense program in the lower reaches of the Weihe River
