初中语文个性化阅读是《语文课程标准》中关于阅读教学的重要理念之一。语文个性化阅读教学是实现语文教学目的和语文课程标准的需要。因此,当前的语文教学中,要想真正让学生成为学习的主人,就要让学生切实掌握个性化阅读这把金钥匙。而要实现学生的个性化阅读,就要使学生能够通过阅读来突击重点、突破难点并生发疑点,既能与文章作者从思想上相沟通,和文本思想相交融,又能有自己独到的感受、体验和见解。本人在落实“临沂市初中大语文活动”和“指导学生的个性化阅读”的课题实验过程中,结合多年的教学实践,发现可以通过指导学生写好读书笔记,来培养和训练学生的个性化阅读能力。指导学生写好读书笔记的方法和步骤,有以下几点:第一,读书笔记应该“记什么,怎么记”。首先是教师要注意引导学生走进文本、读懂文本,从评价和鉴赏文章的内容、写作方法、修辞运用、品味语言、理清结构、探究文章主旨等方面来写读书笔记。其次是指导学生走出文本,指导学生从对文章的阅读感受、体验和启示、见解等方面来写读书笔记。第二,教师培养学生掌握写读书笔记的步骤。教师指导学生写好读书笔记,不要操之过急,要按一定的步骤,让学生养成习惯。内容上可按照从课内走向课外,指导上可按照从“扶”到“放”。通过指导学生写读书笔,从而把个性化阅读教学转变为学生的自我探究和自我体验的个性化阅读活动,并能将自己的所得、所感具体现在书面和文字上,让学生在富有个性化阅读活动中,发展语文能力,强化自己阅读体验,最终提高学生的阅读水平。
