1诊断①功能失调性子宫出血;②子宫肌瘤变性;③慢性宫颈炎;④失血性贫血。2诊断依据及分析患者,54岁,月经紊乱5年,经期延长约7～12天,经量多,1个半月前阴道流血多,伴有血块。B超检查:见子宫增大、肌层回声不均、子宫内膜增厚。诊刮病理示:单纯囊性增生。符合功能失调性子宫出血
