为研究电磁搅拌作用下小方坯内部磁场强度及电磁力的变化情况,采用美国LakeShore公司475型DSP高斯计,对旋转型电磁搅拌器作用下的100mm×100mm GCr15轴承钢小方坯中心横截面、纵截面不同位置的磁场强度进行测量,探讨了小方坯内磁场分布规律及铸坯厚度对磁场衰减情况的影响。同时,通过对凝固末端电磁搅拌电磁力的计算,获得适宜100mm×100mm GCr15轴承钢小方坯浇注过程末端电磁搅拌的电流为350A,频率为12Hz。
In order to study the change of magnetic field strength and electromagnetic force inside the billet under electromagnetic stirring, a LakeShore 475 DSP Gauss meter was used to measure the center cross-section of 100mm × 100mm GCr15 bearing steel billet under rotating electromagnetic stirrer , Longitudinal magnetic field strength at different positions were measured to investigate the distribution of the billet magnetic field and billet thickness on the magnetic field attenuation. At the same time, by calculating the electromagnetic force of the electromagnetic stirring at the end of the solidification, the current of the electromagnetic stirring at the end of the casting billet with the size of 100mm × 100mm GCr15 is 350A and the frequency is 12Hz.
