文章对2015年至2017年河北省高校体育院系本专科毕业生就业现状进行分析后认为,河北省高校体育院系本专科毕业生就业有压力和危机,其原因在于高校体育院系的培养目标、专业结构、课程设置已不适合当今社会和学校对体育人才的需求,以及高校体育院校的体育专业毕业生不能够完全正确的树立自己的就业观和择业观。进而提出调整培养目标、专业结构和课程设置,提高教师业务素质,提高学生的综合能力,加强择业观教育和就业指导工作等对策。
This article analyzes the current employment status of college graduates in PE institutes in Hebei province from 2015 to 2017 and finds that there is pressure and crisis in the employment of college graduates in PE institutes in Hebei Province. The reason is that the training objectives , Professional structure and curriculum are not suitable for the needs of sports talents in today’s society and school, and the PE major graduates of PE institutes in colleges and universities can not completely establish their own concept of employment and employment. And then put forward some countermeasures such as adjusting the training objectives, professional structure and curriculum, improving the professional quality of teachers, improving the comprehensive ability of students, strengthening the employment view education and employment guidance.
