混凝土试件的密封是混凝土抗渗试验能否成功的关键。针对混凝土抗渗试验中密封效果差的问题,对试验中密封材料的封模方法进行了探究。以传统的密封材料石蜡作为对比,在常温下对不同比例固化剂的环氧树脂胶泥的脱模及密封效果进行试验分析,发现采用环氧树脂胶泥作密封材料方便可行、试验结果稳定,有效保证试验中不会因密封材料原因导致边缘透水,进而影响混凝土的抗渗性能的判断,大大提高了抗渗试验的成功率。
The sealing of concrete specimens is the key to the success of concrete impermeability test. In order to solve the problem of poor sealing effect in concrete impermeability test, the sealing method of sealing material in the experiment was explored.
