本文采用放射免疫分析法，测定了２０名正常人及２６例充血性心衰患者内皮素（ＥＴ）血浓度。结果表明，心衰患者ＥＴ血浓度升高，与正常值相比有显著性差异。心功能越差，ＥＴ升高越明显；治疗后随着心功能分级改善，ＥＴ血浓度亦下降。提示ＥＴ血浓度可作为判定心衰患者心功能损害程度和疗效的新指标。
In this paper, radioimmunoassay was used to determine the serum levels of endothelin (ET) in 20 normal subjects and 26 patients with congestive heart failure. The results showed that patients with heart failure ET blood concentration increased, compared with the normal significant difference. The poorer the heart function, the more obvious the ET increase. As the heart function grading improved after treatment, the ET blood concentration also decreased. Suggesting that ET blood concentration can be used as a new indicator to determine the degree of cardiac dysfunction and efficacy in patients with heart failure.
