最近,中共河北省委以冀发[1996]26号文件的形式转发了省形象委《关于形象工程建设情况及1997年工作意见》,这在全省是第一次,标志着我省形象建设工作进入了一个新阶段。这是省委贯彻落实党的十四届六中全会精神,建设现代化河北和经济强省的重大举措,是推动我省社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设有机结合的重大举措。
