世界卫生组织将慢性病防控部门设置和人力资源配置作为评价慢性病预防控制能力评估框架的六个主要模块之一~([1-2])。在中国,慢性病综合防控工作在卫生计生行政部门的组织协调下,由疾控机构、基层医疗卫生机构、医院及专业防治机构等组成慢性病防控系统共同实施,其中疾控机构在慢性病防控工作的中坚力量,疾控机构的慢性病防控部门设置和人力资源配置是开展慢性病防控工作
WHO set the chronic disease prevention and control department setting and human resources allocation as one of the six main modules for evaluating the evaluation framework of chronic disease prevention and control capacity ([1-2]).
