Multi-level implementation is one of the most effective ways to change the signal sampling rate. This article discusses the optimal design scheme of the multi-stage implementation of the circulator-type wave digital filter and the simple method of two-level and three-level design. Also given a multi-level implementation of the coefficient optimization algorithm.
