1982—1984年在白浆土田间小区上,采用乙炔还原法,对大豆根瘤固氮活性进行了日变化动态的研究表明:大豆各主要生育期中,其根瘤固氮活性表现出不同的特征,并在年度和品种间观察到相似的规律。全期中,一般夜间活性较低,天亮后逐渐升高。阴雨天活性明显下降,并变幅缩小。施氮不仅降低活性,同时改变了日变化特征,增大日变幅。相关分析表明,测定日昼夜最高土温小于25℃时,固氮活性日变化同当日土温和太阳累积辐射量之间表现正相关趋势;而昼夜最低土温大于24℃时,则表现负相关趋势。根据日变化资料提出了大豆各生育期根瘤固氮活性日平均值校正系数,利用该系数对相应各期某时刻一次测定的活性值进行校正后,便获得田间大豆根瘤固氮活性季节动态的科学资料。
The diurnal variation of nitrogen fixation activities in soybean nodules from 1982 to 1984 was studied by using acetylene reduction method in white soil fields. The results showed that the nitrogen fixation activities of soybean nodules showed different characteristics during the annual growth stages of soybean. A similar pattern was observed between cultivars. The whole period, the general activity of the lower night, gradually rising after dawn. Rainy day significantly decreased activity, and narrowing. Nitrogen application not only decreased the activity, but also changed the diurnal variation and increased daily variation. Correlation analysis showed that the diurnal variation of nitrogen fixation activity showed a positive correlation with soil temperature and solar cumulative radiation on the day when the maximum diurnal temperature was less than 25 ℃, while the negative correlation trend was observed when the diurnal soil temperature was lower than 24 ℃. According to the diurnal variation data, the daily average correction coefficient of nitrogen fixation activities of nodules in different growth stages of soybean was put forward. By using this coefficient to correct the activity value measured at a certain moment in the corresponding period, the scientific data of the seasonal dynamic of nitrogen fixation activities in soybean nodules were obtained.
