基于不完全契约理论,利用世界银行对中国企业的调查数据,考察了企业间关系对中国制造业企业产能利用率的影响。研究结果表明:企业与下游客户和上游供应商之间建立更为紧密的合作关系能够显著提高产能利用率,进而缓解企业的产能过剩;企业间关系与法律制度存在互补效应,法律制度能够显著增强企业间关系对产能利用率的影响。
Based on the incomplete contract theory and the survey data of Chinese enterprises by the World Bank, the author investigates the influence of the inter-firm relationship on the capacity utilization rate of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
