Gardner fibromatosis (GAF) is a benign soft tissue disorder that develops in children and adolescents and is associated with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) and ligament-like fibromatosis (ligamentoid tumors). The authors of 45 cases of GAF patients with clinicopathological correlation and β-catenin and related protein immunohistochemistry were analyzed. A total of 57 GAFs from 45 patients were obtained from surgical pathology and consultation. 24 cases of 25 GAF with formalin
