2008年3月的一天,对于原河南省登封市某镇中学女学生贾小红和王风玲来说,是一个值得欣慰的日子。因为这天,她们终于从执行法官手中,分别接到了母校支付的第二笔赔偿款各7500元。加上去年1月各得到的2000元,两人的合法权益已基本得到了实现。6年前一个寒冷的冬夜,13岁的女学生贾小红和王风玲在校园宿舍内被歹徒强奸,而校方为保全声誉没有及时报案。在没有抓获歹徒的情况下,针对学校的失职行为,俩女孩愤而将学校推上了被告席,最终赢了这场官司。笔者经过跟踪采访,从中了解到产生本案的来龙去脉——
