民营企业的存在和发展对于整个国民经济的影响已经举足轻重。中国新颁布的《个人独资企业法》也为规范和保护个人独资企业作出了相应规定,可见民营企业的法律保护之广泛,民营企业发展空间之大,机遇之多是前所未有的。
The impact of the existence and development of private enterprises on the entire national economy has taken decisive influence. China's newly enacted “sole proprietorship enterprise law” also made corresponding provisions for standardizing and protecting individual proprietorship enterprises. It can be seen that there is a wide range of legal protection for private enterprises, and there is plenty of room for development for private enterprises with unprecedented opportunities.
