对４２例手术及病理切片证实的脑膜瘤患者行脑电图检查，结果表明：脑电图异常占９５．２４％，其中定位与临床符合率为６４．２９％，定侧符合率为２６．１９％。讨论了脑膜瘤脑电特点及定性诊断价值，认为脑电图仍为一重要的辅助诊断手段。
Electromyography was performed on 42 cases of meningioma confirmed by surgery and pathology. The results showed that EEG abnormalities accounted for 95.24%. The coincidence rate of localization and clinical was 64.29% and the coincidence rate of fixed side was 26. 19%. The characteristics of meningioma EEG and the value of qualitative diagnosis are discussed. EEG is still regarded as an important auxiliary diagnostic tool.
