病例报告患者男,56岁。因右侧腰痛1年来门诊。B 超提示:右输尿管上段结石1枚(0.9cm×0.7cm),肾囊肿(2cm×1cm),血尿常规正常。1989年9月29日用国产 BD-8828型干式体外震波碎石机体外震波碎石治疗,取仰卧位,工作电压150V,击发4500次,术中无不良反应。术后第二天出现右上腹及右腰部疼痛,第三天晚上述症状加剧,并出现恶心、呕吐、尿少、全身乏力等症状。体查:体温36.4℃,脉搏96次/min,呼吸18
