同志们:从上午9个市州和省经贸委介绍的情况看,省委六届九次全会后,各地、各部门和各企业立即行动,将工作重点迅速转到工业效益攻坚战上来,在思想上、组织上、任务上、措施上都落得较实,各工作组也都做了大量工作,攻坚战开局不错,发展态势较好。现在的问题是力度够,目标明确,关键要把重点搞准,分清政府与企业的责任,抓好落实。根据大家谈的情况,我就下一段深入开展攻坚战工作再强调几点意见。一、抓住时机,全力以赴,把第二阶段工作抓紧抓实进入二季度以来,我省工业生产继续保持了较快增长,大中型企业带动作用进一步增强,
