目的:观察异常黑胆质成熟剂和异常黑胆质清除剂对H2O2诱导的淋巴细胞毒性的作用。方法:采用健康人外周血中分离的淋巴细胞作为研究对象,用四氮甲基唑蓝法(MTT)检测淋巴细胞活性。结果:异常黑胆质成熟剂在100μg/ml和50000μg/ml的浓度下,明显的拮抗H2O2800μmol/LH2O2对细胞生长的抑制。异常黑胆质清除剂对H2O2处理诱导的淋巴细胞的生长抑制未显示出明显作用。结论:异常黑胆质成熟剂能显著提高HO抑制的淋巴细胞的生存率。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of abnormal savda mature agent and abnormal savda scavenger on H2O2-induced lymphocyte cytotoxicity. Methods: Lymphocytes isolated from peripheral blood of healthy volunteers were used as research objects. Lymphocyte activity was detected by MTT assay. Results: Abnormal savda mature agent at concentrations of 100μg / ml and 50000μg / ml significantly antagonized the inhibitory effect of H2O2800μmol / LH2O2 on cell growth. Abnormal Savda scavenger did not show any significant effect on the growth inhibition of lymphocytes induced by H2O2. Conclusion: Abnormal savda mature agent can significantly improve the survival rate of HO-suppressed lymphocytes.
