目的调查深圳市宝安区老年糖尿病患者的健康状况。方法 2010年5月—2011年5月选择65例老年糖尿病患者作为观察组,同期选择65名健康人作为对照组。通过发放世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表进行调查,要求研究对象在调查员指导下自行填写量表。比较两组间及观察组内是否伴有其他系统并发症患者评分情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组在身体机能、心理状况、独立能力、生活环境得分以及总分显著降低,且差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);宗教信仰与精神寄托得分观察组(58.91±5.48)分,对照组(60.07±4.56)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);伴有其他系统并发症患者比不伴有其他系统并发症患者得分更低。结论社区老年糖尿病患者健康状况比正常人群差,有并发症者更差,应引起社会关注。
Objective To investigate the health status of elderly diabetic patients in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City. Methods From May 2010 to May 2011, 65 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were selected as observation group and 65 healthy individuals were selected as control group. Through the issuance of WHO quality of life measurement scale survey, asked the respondents to fill in the scale under the guidance of investigators. The scores of patients with other systemic complications were compared between the two groups and in the observation group. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly lower body function, psychological status, independence ability, living environment score and total score, and the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). The observation group of religious belief and mental sustenance (58.91 ± 5.48) and control group (60.07 ± 4.56), respectively. The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Patients with other systemic complications had lower scores than those without other systemic complications. Conclusion The elderly diabetic patients in the community have worse health status than those in the normal population, and those with complications are worse, which should arouse social concern.
