在分析当前飞行器现状的基础上,提出了一种新型的四轴飞行器。该飞行器主要由伸展机构、倾斜旋翼机构和旋翼组成。通过连杆机构实现机翼伸展与着陆支撑的转换;采用电磁离合器、摩擦接触轮、涡轮蜗杆结构、齿轮组合以及四杆机构的配合实现了侧旋翼转换方向的动作。最后的飞行性能分析和运动仿真结果表明该飞行器结构设计合理、可靠,为四轴飞行器提供了一种切实可行的有效方案。
Based on the analysis of the current status of the aircraft, a new type of quadcopter is proposed. The aircraft mainly by the extension mechanism, tilt rotor mechanism and rotor composition. The conversion between the wing extension and the landing support is realized by the linkage mechanism; the action of the conversion direction of the side rotor is realized by the cooperation of the electromagnetic clutch, the frictional contact wheel, the worm gear structure, the gear combination and the four-bar mechanism. The final flight performance analysis and motion simulation results show that the aircraft structure design is reasonable and reliable, and provides a feasible and effective solution for quadcopter.
