计量管理作为生产管理与企业质量管理的重要组成部分,在企业的运营过程中肩负着监督和管理的双重职能。烟草企业的计量管理工作不仅是生产过程的重要保证,同时也是销售出厂前质量监督的组成程序。充分发挥计量管理的有效作用,可以提高企业整体管理水平,特别是生产一线的相关工作标准都将会得到显出的提高,从而提升企业整体竞争力。本文从建设计量体系,烟草行业的动态计量评估,测量分析系统在企业中的应用以及计量管理在企业中的作用等几方面阐述计量管理在烟草企业中的运用以及计量管理对企业的影响。
As an important part of production management and enterprise quality management, measurement management shoulders the dual functions of supervision and management in the operation of an enterprise. The measurement management of tobacco enterprises is not only an important guarantee for the production process, but also the compositional process of selling the quality supervision before leaving the factory. Give full play to the effective role of measurement management, can improve the overall management level of enterprises, especially the production line related work standards will be given an apparent increase, thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of enterprises. This article elaborates the application of metrology management in tobacco enterprises and the impact of metrological management on the enterprises from such aspects as construction measurement system, dynamic measurement and evaluation of tobacco industry, application of measurement and analysis system in enterprises, and the role of metrology in enterprises.
