知识经济时代,企业面对的竞争环境不仅是各种物质资源的竞争,更多的是人力资源的竞争。人力资源已成为企业生存和发展的第一资源,而合理有效的薪酬管理不但能为企业留住优秀人才,更能有效的激发员工的积极性和创造性,有效的提高企业效益。一、薪酬的作用及存在问题薪酬是指员工通过劳动所获得的以工资、奖金和其他以金钱和实物形式支付的劳动报酬。据调查,有63.9%的人力资本流失是因为待遇过低,所以薪酬问题成为留住人才的重中之重。目前,很多企业特别是国有企业在薪酬管理方面主要存在以下几方面的问题:
