应推进产业联合发展,增强石油保障能力,完善石油安全体系,努力规避国际油价对我国经济社会发展的负面影响2002-2008年,国际原油价格呈现稳步上涨、快速回落的态势。本轮油价上涨,全球消费者为此付出巨大代价。我国是发展中的石油消费大国,应推进产业联合发展,增强石油保障能力,完善石油安全体系,努力规避国际油价对我国经济社会发展的负面影响。
Should promote the joint development of industries, enhance the ability of petroleum support, improve the oil security system, and strive to avoid the negative impact of international oil prices on China’s economic and social development. From 2002 to 2008, the international crude oil prices showed a steady rise and a rapid decline. This round of oil prices, global consumers pay a huge price. As a large developing oil consumer country, China should promote the joint development of its industries, enhance its ability to guarantee oil resources, improve its oil security system and strive to evade the negative impact of international oil prices on China’s economic and social development.
