p53是重要的肿瘤抑制基因,本文结合p53蛋白的结构和功能,对于近年来有关p53在表皮黑素细胞和黑色素代谢中的作用,以及皮肤恶性黑素瘤(cutaneous malignant melanoma,CMM)中p53和p53通路相关蛋白的改变对黑素瘤发生发展影响的研究现状进行综述。
p53 is an important tumor suppressor gene. In this paper, we combine the structure and function of p53 protein with the recent studies on the role of p53 in epidermal melanocytes and melanin metabolism and in the cutaneous malignant melanoma (CMM) The changes of p53 pathway related proteins on the occurrence and development of melanoma are reviewed.
