目的了解南京市大型超市蜚蠊侵害及种群分布等情况,探讨其防治措施,为超市蜚蠊防治提供科学依据。方法选择南京市不同方位4家大型超市,采用粘捕法调查侵害率和密度,现场鉴定蜚蠊种类并计数,了解超市不同区域的蜚蠊分布情况,并分析其原因。结果共捕获蜚蠊8894只,均为德国小蠊;超市蜚蠊侵害严重,侵害率达72.64%,密度为16.78只/张,主要分布在食源和水源丰富的库房、生鲜区、熟食区、蔬果区、食品区和面包房,百货区蜚蠊侵害程度相对较轻。结论德国小蠊已成为超市侵害的优势种,以食源和水源丰富的区域侵害最为严重;应采取综合防治措施,有效降低蜚蠊侵害率,控制其密度。
Objective To understand the cockroach infestation and population distribution in large supermarkets in Nanjing and to explore its control measures to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of cockroaches in supermarkets. Methods Four large supermarkets with different locations in Nanjing were selected. The aggression rate and density were investigated by sticky catching method. The cockroaches were identified and counted in the field to understand the distribution of cockroaches in different regions of the supermarket and the reasons were analyzed. Results A total of 8894 cockroaches were captured, all of them were German cockroach. The cockroach in the supermarket was seriously infested, with the infiltration rate of 72.64% and the density of 16.78 pcs per sheet. The main distribution was in the warehouse with plenty of food sources and water sources, , Vegetable and fruit areas, food areas and bakeries, department store area cockroach damage is relatively light. Conclusion Blattella germanica has become the dominant species in supermarkets, with the most serious infestation in areas with abundant food sources and water sources. Integrated control measures should be taken to effectively reduce the infestation rate and control the density of cockroaches.
