随着科学技术的突飞猛进,高新技术的运用,自动化程度的提高,生产经营中科学技术所占的比重也越来越大,人们的就业方式,组织形式也发生了诸多变化。在中国这个经济舞台上,职业女性以自己的聪明才智,取得了越来越好的成绩,发挥着日益重要的作用。但从总体上来说,受油田传统的生产方式及旧的用人格局的影响,做好贤内助仍为女职工的普遍心理,那么如何提高女职工的综合素质,教育并引导女职工转变思想观念,增强其岗位责任心,提升她们的工作执行力也成了摆在我们面前亟待解决的问题。
