近年来我省的罗非鱼养殖发展很快,其成鱼养殖及单性化的制种工艺在全国处于领先水平。但由于罗非鱼在我省不能自然越冬,只能采取人工方法进行越冬保种,造成大规格越冬鱼种缺乏,长途运输鱼种死亡率又极高(一般达50%左右),严重影响了渔业生产的经济效益。为了摸索一条罗非鱼大规模自然越冬保种的新途径,我们在水库网箱中进行了罗非鱼自然越冬试验。现将试验情况小结如下。一、材料与方法1.试验水库的自然条件试验分别在泉州市乌潭水库和厦门市坑内水库进行,其自然条件见表1。2.网箱区环境条件网箱放置于坝头附近,避风向阳。此外,还对乌潭水库网箱区的水质状况进行了测定(见表2)。越冬期间,坑内水库最低水温为15℃,乌潭水库最低水温为12.9℃,低于13℃水温出现一次,持续时间3天。
In recent years, tilapia farming in our province has developed rapidly, and its breeding and single-species seed production technology in the leading position in the country. However, as tilapia can not naturally wintering in our province, we can only adopt artificial methods for overwintering species conservation, resulting in the lack of large-scale winter species and the extremely high mortality rate (usually about 50%) for long-distance transport species, seriously affecting Economic Benefits of Fishery Production. To explore a new way for large-scale natural overwintering conservation of tilapia, we conducted a natural overwintering test of tilapia in a reservoir cage. Now the test summary is as follows. I. Materials and Methods 1. The natural conditions of the experimental reservoirs were tested in the Wu Tan Reservoir in Quanzhou City and the Hangai Reservoir in Xiamen City, respectively. The natural conditions are shown in Table 1.2. The environmental conditions of the cage area were placed near the dam head and sheltered from the wind Sunny In addition, the water quality of the cage area of Wu Tan Reservoir was also measured (see Table 2). During winter, the minimum water temperature in the pit reservoir is 15 ℃, and the minimum water temperature in the Wu Tan Reservoir is 12.9 ℃. The water temperature below 13 ℃ occurs once and lasts for 3 days.
