用乙醇提取-聚酰胺桂净化-薄层光密度扫描法测定了不同采收期马桑叶中马桑宁(Corianin)的含量,实验结果表明于4、6、8月在相同地方采集的马桑叶中该内酯的含量为0.079～0.083％,无显著差异;于4、6、8月在不同地方定株采集的相同品种马桑叶,含马桑宁的量仍无差异,但高于定点采集样品的含量,为0.106～0.109％,且于10月定株采集者含量稍低,为0.097％。
Ethanol extraction-polyamide-polyamide-purification-thin-layer densitometry scanning was used to determine the content of Corianin in different harvested Marshmallow leaves. The results showed that horses were collected in the same place in April, June and August. The content of lactone in mulberry leaves was 0.079-0.083%, and there was no significant difference. In the same variety of Marshmallow collected in fixed plants in different places in April, June and August, there was no difference in the content of marsanning but it was high. The content of the samples collected at the fixed point was 0.106 to 0.109%, and the content of the fixed strain collected in October was slightly lower, being 0.097%.
