0 概述开关门机器人是北京机械工业自动化研究所独立研制的中国第一套汽车驾驶室自动化内涂生产线的一个重要组成部分,顾名思义,它的功能是:开/关车门,即在汽车生产流水线上,当车身部件到达涂装区后,开关门机器人要迅速、准确、平稳地将车门打开并固定,从而配合两台侧挂机器人从两侧车门口伸入驾驶室内部进行内部喷涂。当喷涂工作完成之后,开关门机器人应尽快关好车门并离开,复位,等待下一个涂装周期的命令。开关门机器人由左右两台倒挂二轴平面关节
