连续Cf/Al复合材料日渐成为最具发展潜力的先进复合材料之一,近净成形技术是决定其能否大规模工程化应用所亟待解决的关键技术难题,而连续Cf/Al复合材料的低压浸渗制备是最可能的工艺方法之一。但Cf与Al之间润湿性差、碳纤维的高温氧化以及Cf与Al的界面反应都影响浸渗和材料的性能,采用碳纤维表面涂覆SiC涂层是解决上述问题的重要途径。分析了连续碳纤维SiC涂层不同制备技术的优缺点,探讨了制备技术的发展方向;分析了涂层对连续Cf/Al复合材料浸渗及性能的影响,并指出SiC涂层用于制备连续Cf/Al复合材料存在的问题及其发展前景。
Continuous Cf / Al composites are increasingly becoming one of the most advanced composite materials with the most potential for development. The near net shape forming technology is a key technical problem that needs to be solved in large-scale engineering applications. However, the continuous Cf / Infiltration preparation is one of the most likely processes. However, the poor wettability between Cf and Al, the high temperature oxidation of carbon fiber and the interfacial reaction between Cf and Al all affect the performance of impregnation and material. The application of SiC coating on carbon fiber surface is an important way to solve the above problems. The advantages and disadvantages of different preparation techniques of continuous carbon fiber (SiC) coating were analyzed. The developing direction of preparation technology was discussed. The influence of coating on impregnation and properties of continuous Cf / Al composites was analyzed. It was also pointed out that SiC coating could be used to prepare continuous Cf / Al Composites: Existing Problems and Prospects.
